I am researching family for someone in Australia who wants to know the whereabouts of her birth mother HAZEL WYTCH or at least what happened to her! Hazel was born in Fulham 1930 lived in Twickenham with her widowed mother Mary Elizabeth until the latters death in July 1947. Her father Charlie Roy was killed in Italy in 1943. Hazel emmigrated to Australia where in 1956 she had a daughter who she gave up for adoption. there is no trace of her after that in Australia and I wondered if she came home to the UK? Her Ausrtalian daughter understands that she may not want any contact but would dearly love to know what happened to her and as the go-between I promise not to tell her of Hazels whereabouts if she doesn`t wish it known .
