Looking for info on James NEWPORT, born around 1779-83, I think, at
Enborne (or maybe Ashbury), Berkshire, England. Spouse Mary (??)(maybe
Edgecombe) born about the same time, also Enborne/Ashbury?? Known
children: Hannah b1803, John b1805, Charlotte b1809, William b1811,
Henry b1814, George b1816. Need info on James &/or his parents and
confirmation of Mary's maiden surname. Could James have been born
at Ashbury, Berkshire?? Any help?? Thanks...
