Looking for information about the parents or relatives of my great grandfather James Bridges who I beleive was born at Headley Surrey in 1800. He migrated to Australia, married a Catherine Combs & died in 1859 after having spent 35 years in NSW which would put the time of his migration at about 1825. It is possible that his parents were James Bridges born 1752 Headley Surrey & Mary Bridges. I have'nt been able to find any record of a James bridges on any passenger list of ships from U.K. to Aust circa 1825.I would like to trace my family tree back as far as possible & would appreciate any help.
