Greetings: Looking for any information on my Wifes Father,
by the name of Charles Frederick Houghton ,or any relations
he might have ,he was from the Liverpool Area,and was
married to Jennie Cameron of Saint John N.B. Canada.
my wife was born on Oct. 1st 1930 , and her mother died
in 1932, when she was 2 years old, her father(Charles
Frederick Houghton ) was in the British Merchant Navy ,
after his wife died, he left his daughter with an Aunt , and Friends,and left on a ship. He next showed up after
World War 2 ended in 1945 , and wanted to take his daughter
back with him , she was then 15 years old, and did not know him. His Daughter, my wife,was named "Hazel Florence Houghton".Any information we could acquire ,especially
for health concerns, we would greatly appreciate...
