Looking for any information about Henry or Harry Walter Gye. Born about 1860 in London. His uncle was Ernest Gye who was married to Madam Albani an opra singer. H. Walter Gye's father was supposedly killed in China during a Boxer rebellion. H. Walter Gye was educated at Cambridge and worked as an accountant in Shanghi at one time. He married Elizabeth Baylis in Toronto Canada in 1915 and he died in Canada in 1951. Any information about any Gye family would be welcome.
