I am looking for Patricia (Pat) Poole who was my best friend and witness at my wedding at Croydon Registry Office on 23rd March 1968 at 9.15.a.m.in the morning she was also a bridesmaid at her brother's wedding that afternoon. We lost touch when I went to live in London shortly afterwards. She would be about 50 now and I would dearly love to get back in touch with her. I have made a note of all the details I can remember about her in the hope that you can help me find her.
Patricia Poole (nee Osborne) married Derek Poole about 1970. Mother's name was Vi, her father's name was Harry (who died whilst on holiday abroad in 1968) and she had a brother named Alan. Her brother was married on 23rd March 1968. Pat used to live in Wallingham, Surrey before she married. She was working at 'Grants' department store in Croydon in the fabric department in 1966 when I met her. Then she went to work for 'Freemans' catalogue company in South London. She was promoted and moved to 'Freemans' head office (Peterborough?). Her mother Vi went to live in South Croydon.
