Hi.I am working on tracing my ancestors and need some help.I am researching the surname Barnes from Islington England.My grandfather's name was Stanley,Thomas Barnes born September 12,1908 then moved to London,Ontario,Canada.I have no date as to when they left England.His father's name was Charles and his mother's Elizabeth.The only date i have for Charles is date of death which is 1939.I am very new at this and would appreciate any information on which census returns to look at,and if there are any of these online.
