I was wondering if anyone would have any information on my ancestors Henry TWIGG born approx 1828. Henry married Margaret Emme Godbeheer (various Spelling). His parents were Benjamin TWIGG and Ann GREEN, Henry migrated to Australia sometime before his wife, listed on the shipping list as Emma Twigg 53 and some of the children, Harriet 18, Clara 16, Arthur 8 and Henrietta 3 followed on the "MERKARA" which arrived in Brisbane Australia September 22, 1885 from York. I have not been able to find Henrys voyage and have only a family rumor to say that they think he landed in Cooktown Australia. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Cathy
