Searching for Masons from Ashton-under-Lyne/Mossley/Staleybridge. Abraham Mason and Lydia Buckley were my g,g,g, grandparents. They had 7 children including William Henry, Clarisa, John, Hannah, James amd Thomas who was my g,g,grandfather. We know a fair aamount about Thomas' descendents but nothing about his siblings and no firm information about Abraham's marriage (1819?) or birth (1798?). Any information about Mason's from this area that might be part of the family tree would be helpful.
