Looking for the birthplace or any other information on my great grandfather, JAMES KEEN. James was born December 17, 1853, somewhere in England. His father's name was HARRY KEEN and he had a brother, JOHN, who was born in England in 1860. James married MARY O'DONNEL who was born in England in 1852 or 1853. I believe they emigrated to the United States sometime between 1880 and 1889 and settled in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I have been told that James owned a grocery store in Pittsburgh, so this might have been his employment in England. I know that either the KEEN'S or the O'DONNEL'S had relatives living in Tipton, Staffordshire, England prior to World War II. With only this information to go on, can anyone tell me how how I might be able to find information on either the Keen's or the O'Donnel's. Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
