I am trying to trace a few lines on my family tree and have hit brick walls more times than I'm happy with.
I am having problems with GARDNER and COOPER, any other connections to these.
I'll start with the COOPER information first as I have less of that:
My G Grandfather - Cyril John COOPER was born in Jan 1889 in Faringdon. He married Maude HALFERCREE (not 100% sure on spelling). They had 3 children that I know of: Maude Olive (my nan), Cyril and Aileen. Maude married Bernard William George GARDNER in 1941 (both now deceased). They had 6 children (one of them being my dad). Bernards father - Bernard John Gardner was born in 1895. He married Ethel Louisa BEEZER in 1917. Bernards father - William John Gardner married Martha LARGE in 1889.
My knowledge is fairly limited, although if you have the same surname as anyone listed or anything sounds vaguely familiar, please contact me. I'm getting desperate.
I look forward to hearing any information that you have, no matter how irrelevant it seems to you - it may be the missing link.
