Can anyone help me to find my gggGrandparents? George Jackson was my ggGrandfather.I have his death certificate.He was born 8/2/1824 in England. He came to New Jersey around the age of 6 (1830)and than moved to Mercer County, Ill. settling near New Boston in 1849. He married in Mercer County, Ill to Sarah Saunders they had children their names were James Watson Jackson (9/28/1850) Sarah Elizabeth (1852) Alice Susan (7/22/1854) William Franklin (3/16/1856) Joseph M (3/3/1858) John W (4/13/1860) Jesse Leroy (7/23/1861) Minnie Mae (8/14/1864)They traveled from Illionis, Iowa, Nebreska, Kansas and Missouri. George died at age 91 in Atchison County Missouri. Does anyone know of any Jackson's that left somewhere in England around 1830. Thank you
