Please will anybody help me who may live in the Leeds area? My husbands uncle lived in Leamington Terrace, Tongue Road at one time. I believe this no longer exists. His uncle was married and had five children two of whom were known to have emigrated to Canada or Australia sometime in the late 1950's.
His uncle was called Ronald Sharp. He was the son of Percy and Marion Sharp.
So far I have been unable to find his marriage or his children on the GRO indexes. His wife was called Vena. The children will now be in the middle sixties or early seventies.
Any help will be gratefully recieved. The electoral rolls may help. i live in Barrow-in-Furness so do not have access to parish registers etc.
