I am trying to trace my g.g.g.grandfather Whittaker Whittaker born circa 1815 and died in 1875 in Darwen, Lancs. He married Alice Aspin in 1844.
Also, I am looking for my other g.g.g.grandfather Hugh Harry Alker Hayes who came to England and settled in Blackburn, Lancashire, from Philadelphia with his 3 children. These were William b 1844, Ellen b 1850 and Sarah Elizabeth b 1858.
Also, my g.g.grandfather Henry Fowler. He married Ellen. Henry was born circa 1840 and became a village policeman in Osbaldeston. He died in 1905.
Also, another g.g.grandfather James Smalley born in 1813 in Withnell, Lancashire. He married Ann and he died in 1891 in Darwen, Lancashire.
Any information would be appreciated.
