We are looking for any information on Phillip Charles Upton DCM who is my husband's grandfather killed in France during the Somme Campaigne July 13th 1916. We have recently found that his name is on the Thiepval Memorial but have no other knowledge of him apart from the fact that he was married to Mabel Roberta Upton, had 2 daughters, Joy and Phyllis(my mother-in -law aged nearly 90) and was a Master Cabinet maker living at 33 Manor Rd Folkestone UK prior to WW1.
