JAMES STEEDMAN RAMAGE - Any relatives?
I am trying to find out what happened to James Steedman Ramage, born 1892 in Edinburgh to Thomas Amos Ramage and Margaret Ramage (nee Steedman). James served in and survived WW1 where he reached the rank of sergeant (#10575) with the Royal Scots Fusiliers. His brother Andrew died in 1917 serving with Princess Patricias Canadian Light Infantry.
If anyone knows of someone named Ramage in the Edinburgh or Glasgow area, could they ask them if James Steedman Ramage was a forbear, or indeed if he was a relative, could you please contact me as I have information on other family members.
James at the moment is my genealogical needle in the haystack!
