My father, John Palmer, was in the Royal Navy stationed in Scotland around 1953. He stayed in lodgings and had an affair with his landlady - who was married with I think two children. She a son by my father. All I know is his name was Stewart. Apparently John Palmer left unannounced when Stewart was about 2 years old and never made contact. Any leads would be welcome. I live in Canada.
