I am trying to locate my mother-in-law's brother. His name is James Taylor Brown, I believe age 69 years. He has two sons, Douglas and Ian. My mother-in-law's name is Martha Brown-Maxwell, she married and moved to the United States years ago but has lost touch with her brother and would love to locate him.
