Looking for schoolmates from John Neilson Institution (JNI) in Paisley or lost friends. I was known as Willie McPherson and lived at Renfrew Ferry above the Ferry Inn pub. My father was the manager. I went to School at Moorpark Primary (the Moorky)in Renfrew from 1953 to 1959 and then to the JNI in Paisley to 1965. I worked at White Horse Whisky and then Rolls-Royce and Bacocks & Wilcox.
I am living in Sydney, Australia, and having just turned 52 am obviously going through some sort of revisiting of my past and am interested to hear from anyone who remembers me. I particularly would like to hear from anyone from school days ( teachers included, all is forgiven).
I've just been to the Olympics 5 miles up the road from my house and the whole place is buzzing. This is the way the world should be.
