Looking for info re:John McIntosh (Maybe John J McIntosh) bScotland 1809 Possible near Rogart Margret Ross Born Scotland1809 Location unknown.
They had 2 children born in Scotland Donald chistened 10-12-1825 at Rogart,Sutherlandshire His brother
Alexander there on 5-29-1827. The family emmigrated to Canada in 1830and settled near Martintown,Ont.They came from Doroch,Sutherlandshire.
In 1842 moved to near Owen Sound,settled in a town called Dornoch,Ontario.
They are buried in a graveyard called Latona the name of the settlement before named Dornoch,
Any info re:my gggrandparents
would be very helpful,
