I am looking for members of my Dad's family in Glasgow. His name was James Patrick Gallacher. He had two brothers: John and Tom, and a sister Chrissie. My birth name was Nelly Elizabeth Gallacher (but I have gone by Elizabeth since arriving in the U.S.)and I have an older sister Marguerite (Margaret) and an older brother John. We left Glasgow in 1961 for New York. My mother did not get along with our Gallacher relatives and estranged us from them. My sister and I attended Our Lady & St. Francis' s. S. School on Charlotte Street, in Glasgow, and our brother went to St. Mungo's Academy. We lived originally on Forbes Street and then moved to Castlemilk in 1958. I would also love to hear from any of my classmates, most especially Cathy McQuade who had been my best friend since 5 years old. I have no addresses for anyone, and would love them to either e-mail me or write to me at my home address. I'll respond to all letters.
