Hello. I am trying to trace my grandparents on behalf of my
mother.
She would dearly like to find her birth parents, and possibly any brothers and sisters she might have.
Obviously I have a vested interest in this search also.
Firstly my mothers father is/was Thomas Frazier Murray
who once lived in Hutchinson Square, Glasgow, he was in
his early 50's when my mother was born, his occupation
was a gardener.
My mothers mother is/was Mary MacLeod who once lived at Paisley Road West, No. is the 190's. She was in her early
20's when my mother was born. Her occupation was:- Housemaid
Chambermaid, Maid ?.
My grandparents never married.
My mother was born 5-5-43 and was christened
Alice Ivy Murray.
She was adopted at the age of 2 yrs 10 months, she is
now 58 years old.
I would love to give her the best christmas present ever
and re-unite her with her family. If anyone can be of
assistance either from the general public, or if any
