BOTHWELL, George and wife Jannet Alexander, are my 6X GrGrandparents, yet they appear only once in Origins.net at the birth ( in Oldmeldrum) of James, my 5X GrGrFather who emmigrated to Canada 1818. I suspect Georges birth is shown as 1754 to a William in Tarves, and Jannet to a James in Forgue in 1755, but cannot confirm either. If anyone has any knowledge of this family ( there could have been 4 sons left behind: Alexander.
