YOUNG GEORGE MOODIE
I am looking for any information on the Young surname. My father was born in Maryhill district in Glasgow 1913. His father was John and his mother was Christina (nee) Humphrey. His Name was George Moodie Young , his siblings were Martha, Christine, John and Peggy. His Gran (Humphrey) was also married to Bruce (surname).
My Dad's family emigrated to Canada (Edmonton) approx 1928.
I am looking forward to visiting Scotland in the near future and would very much like to make contact with family (however distant). If you have any info on this family or the mame Young I would very much like to hear from you. Other family surnames are Moodie, Dunn, & Bruce.
