I'm trying to find out what happened to my uncle John McDonald. He left home when my grandmother did not like his choice for a wife,he was born about 1906. He may have been born in Helensburgh or Hutchesontown,Glasgow. John's parents were John McDonald and Annie Jane Nimmo,[they were married in Helensburgh]they lived on Lawmoor street[formally South Wellington Street] in 1915 when their youngest child was born. John was about eight years older than his sister. He also had one older sister called Bessie[Elizabeth]. My mother always wanted to see her "big brother" again before she passed away. My mother never got the chance as she passed away several years ago, it would be nice if i could find out what happened to him,his wife and any family that they had. Andrea
