Hi. I don't know if I can possibly find whom I am looking for I do not have a name, sex, age, date of birth, place of birth nothing.
All I have is that my father Francis James Shand Turnbull fathered a son/daughter that was brought up 'outwith our family'. I know maintenance was paid for 16 years.
We grew up in Rosyth, Naval Base, my father being a sailor with the Royal Navy - a medic.
We had short spells in Chatham, Kent, England and Malta also Elgin.
I know it's a long shot.....but I would love to speak with/meet with this brother/sister that I have only recently known of.
