Hello all,

I had gathered all my info with big plans to make my first visit to my local LDS centre, which was listed on the web. Unfortunately they have not yet opened and it will be several months before they do. So I am posting all my info in hopes of getting a new shred of evidence that they existed, until I can walk thru that LDS door! Any info would be greatly appreciated.

James LYNCH born 14 Nov 1865 son of Philip LYNCH and Susan SHERIDAN (married 14 Nov 1862, Dundee).

James had 2 sisters. MARGARET LYNCH born 15 Oct 1867, died/buried 17 June 1903 at the age of 34, buried in Eastern Necropolis, Dundee. CATHERINE LYNCH born 17 June 1869 and died/buried (Eastern Necropolis) 26 May 1892 after giving birth to a stillborn child also buried in Eastern Necropolis 19 May 1892. Not sure if she was married at the time - according to the 1891 census, MARGARET and CATHERINE were living at 46 Kemback Street, Dundee and she was unmarried at the time. In the 1881 census, the three children (JAMES, MARGARET, CATHERINE) are listed at 1 N William Street, Dundee living with another family (parents must have passed on?)

James married Helen WILKIE, Dundee (either 14th or 19th) August, 1889. The 1891 census shows them living at 52 Kemback St. Dundee. They had three children who emigrated to the States, possibly around 1910. JAMES, born 6 June 1892, Dundee, (baptized 6 May 1894 St. Patrick's Catholic Chapel, Dundee) died July 1967, Massachusetts. (He was married to a JANE ANN MACFARLANE from Arbroath or Aberdeen). His sister JANE LYNCH, born 19 April 1894, died in Massachusetts around 1984. His sister MARGARET, born 18 August 1896, Dundee (baptized 6 Sept 1896, St. Patrick's Catholic Chapel, Dundee) and died Massachusetts, around 1990.

I'm looking for any census info for Philip LYNCH and Susan SHERIDAN prior to 1881. I have some of the census info for 1881 and 91 on Helen WILKIE but since I haven't located her marriage or birth certificate yet, I'm not sure which one she is. Also interested in any census info for all of these fine folks.

Thanks so much,
Mary from Cape Cod, Massachusetts
