Hi,
I have been trying to trace any relatives of my maternal grandfather, James Ferrell born around 1883. Mother's name Mary Kerr, father's name Henry Ferrell. I live in Scotland and have been unable to trace my grandfathers birth records. I did find some Ferrell's in the Glasgow area where he was known to have lived around 1904 but the census indicates that they were all Irish. The census does not give any other details apart from place of birth
