I am trying to locate my birth mother. I was born in Australia, but she is from Scotland. Her name is Margaret Kerr, born 7th May, 1946 at 12 Pitkerro Drive Dundee. Her parents names are John Kerr and Jean Ann Kerr (nee Doig. At the time of her birth, her father John was a Motor Lorry Driver. John and Jean were married on 4th October, 1945 in Kilmarmock.
I was born in Brisbane, Australia on 18th October, 1964. I know that in 1964 Margaret and her mother Jean were living in Kyogle, NSW, but I do not know where her father John was.
I would be eternally grateful if anyone has any information on my birth mother or her family. I have not had any luck searching for her here in Australia.
