I am looking to contact my sister whom I have never met.
She was adopted before I was born.I think her name became ELSBETH ANDERSON. She was probably born around 1962 to parents by the name of Davies,Charlton, London.(This would make her about 39 yrs of age.)
Her adoptive father may have been an M.P.
I would like to hear from anyone who may know this lady, obviously her sir name may have changed by marriage.
