EVANS Baby Adoptee; I am in search of my birth family. I was born on September 9, 1975, with the name BARBARA EVANS. My birth mother's name was HELEN EVANS. She was 18 yrs old at the time of my birth, a single mom, and she resided with her grandmother and her two sisters. Her Mother passed away and her father was supossively unknown to her. My birth father left and joined the army as he didn't want marriage. I was adopted through the St. Margaret's of Scotland adoption agency. The adoption officer was Miss M. Stuart, The adoption was finalized on July 1, 1976.
I was adopted to the Stewart Family and my name was changed to Carol Barbara Stewart. In 1978 we moved to Canada.
