Help, looking for my paternal grandmother, last known to be in glasgow in the fifties,name Mary Eveline Nicol, born at Nelson Street, Glasgow, on Sept 10TH 1924, her mother,s name
was Mary Ann Scanlon Nicol, i believe her parents may have married in Stranraer. There may be a possiblity that at sometime in the sixties or before she changed her name to Van Rien. If this was a marriage it did not take place in Scotland. There is also no death Certificate in Scotland for her. Any help please.
