I would like to make contact with my two nephews and one neice who were adopted around 1981 or 1982. At the time their names were Peter, Garry and Rebecca Elms. They would be approx. 27, 25 & 22 years old now. Their parents names were Noreen and Robert Elms. I believe they may have all been adopted into one family in the Aberdeen Area.
