My grandmother, Catherine Tully ( Tarbert) Caffrey had three children born in Govan (now Glasgow) Scotland. A daughter, Mary, was born there in 1896. There is no known record of her from that time forward. Catherine and an infant daughter, also Catherine, died in 1900 and are buried in Lair V107 Certificate No. 12245,Craighton Cemetery,in Glasgow. There is a family named Gallagher also in the Lair. They may be Tarbert related decendents. I am searching for the life and fate of little Mary Caffrey. I would like to be in touch with anyone with information about Tarberts, Caffreys or Gallaghers in or near Glasgow. Any tidbit of information, especially Email addresses, will be deeply appreciated.
