was member of Royal Engineers fought San Sabestan, Nive, Nivelle, and Orthes in 1813. died Souhampton Sevenoaks London UK 1855
married to Mary dau of John Tower of St Croix about 1816
had children Isabelle, Thomas, Alexander William and one son in Australia
I am desc of Thomas. He was footman for Gustavus Speiker Baker of London. Thomas and the dau of Gustavus ran away sailed to US and got married and settled in Tx in 1866.
