GRAHAM
If anyone can add to my family data please write to me.

John, Robert & Mary GRAHAM were born before 1775 in Scotland. John married FLORA MCGOUGAN and went to North Carolina in the early 1770's. I have a great deal of information on this part of the family. ROBERT GRAHAM married CHRISTIAN TURNER and had two sons ROBERT who died in Demerara South America in 1800 and DR. JOHN GRAHAM who was a surgeon in Greenock. Dr John had a child with ANN MCLEANE named ROBERT GEORGE GRAHAM born about 1806 who also studied to become a doctor. ANN MCLEANE was from Rothesay, Bute, Scotland and IGI has their son born in Rothesay also. Dr John's estate was settled in Greenock in 1816. MARY GRAHAM & husband unknown are mentioned as "my father's sister" in the will of Dr JOHN GRAHAM. MARY GRAHAM was & husband were living in Tarbet, Arrochar, Scotland at that time. Dr John Graham's will also mentions a cousin CATHERINE MCBRIEN married to MATHEW MUIR living in Kilblain, Greenock, and god-daughter, ISABELLA MCLEANE, daughter of CAPTIAN THOMAS MCLEANE of the Madras Establishment.

The property left to ROBERT GEORGE GRAHAM by his father Dr John was held in trust until he came of age in 1829. In 1830 Robert G Graham who was living in Ladyburn, Greenock turned the property back over to the trustees, stipulating that the property was to be used by WILLIAM THOMSON and DIANE CATHERINE ROBERTS his spouse for life and that afterwards it was to go to their children - ELIZABETH THOMSON, GEORGE LILY THOMSON and JESSIE RHIND THOMSON. I do not know if they are relatives of Robert G Graham but would assume they are.
This is all I know of my Scotland relatives.
