LOCKIE: Searching for parents and siblings of James Houston Lockie, born in Scotland(in the Glasgow area?)about 1840. James arrived in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, before 1867 and worked as a candymaker in Montreal. He married a fellow Scot,one Elizabeth Jane Wright, a Glasgow native, in Montreal and they had 4 children -- George Simpson, John Houston, Elizabeth Jane, Sarah Catherine. All remained in Canada. I am at a stonewall at present. Hope to hear from someone soon.
