DAWSON & NIVEN: I'm looking for a set of multi-great grandparents. Alexander Dawson married Mary Niven on August 17, 1832 in Aberdeen. According to the marriage record he "came from Broadford" and she was from Spital. They had 4 children that I know of: Mary, Alexander, David and Robert. The last two were christened in St. Nicholas Church, Aberdeen. Mary Jr. may have been born in Dundee but have found no record of such. Mary Jr. was my g.g.grandmother. Anyone with any help with this family would be greatly appreciated. What you read is all I've got for them.
