I'm hoping the Hudson Bay archives will help me but thought this
might be another avenue to explore. Sometime in the mid 1800s
around 1865, Andrew McPherson of no known origin, married
a native woman named Marie Ikwessens of no known origin. They
were in either Saskatchewan, Canada or Quebec, Canada. Big
help. They had a daughter, Elizabeth who married Francois
Naud, I believe they lived in Bouchette, Quebec. My interest
is in both Andrew McPherson and his wife. Any help would be
gratefully received. Thanks.
