MILLER/THORNTON. I am still seeking information about my maternal grandparents William MILLER and Marion THORNTON. They were born c 1880 in Larkhall, Lanark and were married in Larkhall c1899. They had ten children, one of whom was my mother Mary MILLER. Any information on my Grandparents ancestry would be very welcome also any contacts with any descendants. My grandparents both died in the 1950s and their last address was 16,Wilson Street, Larkhall. My Grandmother's brother, James Thornton went to the U.S.A. in the 1920s and settled, I believe, in Pawtucket or Nantucket. Any contact with this branch of the family would be especially welcome.
