My ggrandparents THOMAS ALEXANDER & HELEN MCGREGOR married the 17th Dec. 1858 in the Free Church of Scotland at BANNOCKBURN, THOMAS was a widower and 31 years old and HELEN was 35, residence was given for THOMAS as 9 Arthur Street EDINBURGH and for HELEN as 9 Middle Arthur Place EDINBURGH.Would like to find out who THOMAS'S first wife was and if they had children, also the marriage of his parents THOMAS ALEXANDER & JANET TARVET. HELEN MCGREGOR'S parents were ALEXANDER MCGREGOR & HELEN BOGUE I can't find any reference to HELEN'S birth or her parents marriage on IGI or Scots Origins. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you
