STEWART: Looking for relatives of my grandfather Robert Stewart who was born 1897 in Newcastle. His sister Agnes and he were sent to Canada with the "Barnardos Children" in 1908. His father John E. Stewart had died in 1902 and his mother Ellen Stewart was unable to care for her children. My grandfather supposedly had an older brother Charles (born about 1888), and three other sisters Ada (born about 1890), Jane (born about 1888 as well) and Elizabeth Ann (born about 1901). He had one paternal aunt, that we know of, a Mrs. Blackett from Battlefield. Any information is greatly appreciated.
