I am looking for information on our progenitor, Donald 'Squire'MacLeod, born c. 1782, in the region of Assynt (Stoer Point ?) who Married Janet aka Jessie Munroe. They migrated to Nova Scotia on the 'Perseverance' (I believe) c. 1808 landing at Pictou. 'Squire' was then directly involved with the Rev. Norman MacLeod who lead his people to St Ann's, Nova Scotia, and then some thirty years later to Waipu in New Zealand.
