I am searching for anyone who might be related to the following persons: Ralph Hush, Margret Hush, Frances Hush, Elizabeth Hush or Henry Hush. They were the following ages, respectively, in the 1881 census in England: 13, 9, 7, 17, 15. My great-grandfather was Henry Gray Hush. He was married to Mary Isabella Ridley Johnson Hush. Henry was born in 1865 in South Shields (or Sunderland), England, as was Elizabeth. Ralph was born in Sunderland and Margret and Frances were born in Seaham Harbour. Their mother was Margret Gray Hush. She was born in South Shields. Their father was Ralph Hush. He died in 1873 by drowning in Seaham Harbour. Margret then married a man by the name of Nicholas Close. He had three children by the names of Robert, Margaret, and Joseph. Mary Isabella's parents names were Samuel and Isabella Ridley. Samuel was born in England, while Isabella is listed as being born in Scotland - I don't know her maiden name, though.
Henry and Mary Isabella immigrated to the United States in 1891. I think that Henry's mother, Margret Gray Hush, had a brother by the name of Captain Henry Gray who immigrated to the USA before Henry Hush did as he lists this man on his naturalization papers as the person who he was going to be staying with when he immigrated.
If anyone has information regarding any of these people, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
