My wife's grandmother was born in or around Glascow, Scotland, on 28 Feb., 1899. She was adopted by Frank and Elizabeth Milligan who later immigrated to the US. She Died In March, 1984, and is buried in Saline County, Illinois. My wife's father is in ill health and would like to know his mother's birthright. Any assistance will be appreciated.
