I am looking for anyone who wants to share info on LIPSEY, LIPSAY OR LIPSIE. Starting with James Lipsey, he had at least one son named Thomas(1), who married Elizabeth ?(possibly carson). Thomas (1) dies in Scotland in 1874. Their children were George, William, Thomas(2), Robert, Andrew, and Mary Jane, who married John Dickson in 1870. William married Elizabeth Ferris in 1872. They had the children in Scotland (1870's) and in Pennsylvania (1880's). I am not sure, but I believe the family came from Bothwell, Lanark. I do not have dates on the older Lipsey's.
