Robert Hall, b 1821 in Scotland and died 26 Dec 1885 in Waterloo County, Ontario, Canada. He married Margaret Gladstone, b 3 Aug 1825 Parkhill-Laugh, Roberton, Selkirk, Scotland (parents: William Gladstone & Elizabeth Davidson) and died 3 May 1892 in Ayr, Ontario, Canada. She is buried in Ayr, New Cemetery. I do not know where or when they married. According to family lore and census records, Robert was a carpenter/builder. To my knowledge, Robert and Margaret had two sons: John R. Hall born 1844 and Walter D. Hall born Jan 1865, both born in Ayr, Ontario, Canada. (There may be more children but I do not know for sure). Robert immigrated to Canada before 1844 since John R. Hall was born in 1844 in Ayr. Who were the parents of Robert Hall? And when & where did Robert Hall & Margaret Gladstone marry
