KILPATRICK/STEWART: William Kilpatrick and Jane Stewart of Mochrum, Wigtown, Scotland married 5 June 1830. Had a daughter, Agnes, born 1930/31. Also, other children born in Scotland. Youngest daughter, Jane Isabella Kilpatrick, was born 20 April, 1840, Vienna, Oneida Co., New York. She died 11 April, 1911 in Oronogo, Missouri. She married Henry Clark Potts on 17 June, 1861 in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. Jane Stewart Kilpatrick had two brothers who came to the United States--the Hon. Alexander Clarkston Stewart who married Elizabeth B. Yager in McConnellsville, New York, and David Stewart born about 1840, died 21 Nov., 1905. He lived in Hamlin Township, New York(?). Would like to find out about the Scottish Kilpatrick/Stewart ancestors--parents, siblings who stayed in Scotland and came to the US, gparents, etc. Many thanks.
