i bought a bible about 10 years ago, and it has the date of 1870s and was signed by edward gordan and was published by a william collins company in glasgow, the permission to copy the psalms of david in the bible was done by the order of her majesty . there is entries in this bible of the john adams and pringle family marriage in 1854 and both were born around 1834 and 1836, do you have any information on any of this above people or about this company .any info would be greatly appreciated.. thank you..
