Looking for Info on Lachlan McDonald,probably from the Inverness area, who joined Fraser's Highlanders in 1757 and came to Canada and US. He settled in New York, married and had 8 children, fought with the British during the American Revolution, died in 1780, has many descendents in Canada and the USA.
